We need your help
We are always on the look out for individuals who feel they have something to offer.
To keep our team strong and running efficiently there are particular traits we look for in all our contributors. The three main ones are as follows
A Skill
We are looking for people who have a skill that they can use and put into action, contributing towards our plans and goals. Such as events organising, fundraising, admin, research, journalism, photography, workshops.
Positive Attitude
We ask that all contributors come to the group with an open positive outlook toward change and willing to take on any challenge
Motivated
It can take a long time to see change and we ask that all contributors motivate themselves to see a task through to completion. We have a rule if you bring an idea to the table its up to you to carry it though
Good Communication Skills
We ask our contributors recognise the importance of clear communication when working within a group. Making sure all tasks are understood before undertaking.
